This week, we are continuing our countdown with D, E, F, and G.
In writing this week, the second and third graders studied endangered animals. Each student chose one animal to research thoroughly to find out the animal's habitat, eating habits, threats and dangers, and what is being done to help the animal. Their non-fiction animal reports turned out great. They learned a lot about all kinds of endangered animals.
On Monday, it was D Day. We did DEAR reading (Drop Everything And Read).
Tuesday was E Day. We exercised on E Day!
F Day was Fancy Day! Oh la la!
Thursday was G Day. Everyone wore green and made conscious decisions to do "green" things.
Alexa was the Virtual Field Trip Planner. She took us on a trip to France. Oui, oui!
